Unfortunately the whole Dunhill range has been removed from the UK market. We think the best substitute for Dunhill Early Morning is Charatan First Bowl, however we have listed some others below too.

This blend consists of a mixture of slow burning Oriental tobaccos and bright and red Virginia leaves. The mixture is then pressed and lightly heated. To further enhance the blend, a touch of medium-fired Latakia tobacco is added. Ideal for the “first pipe” arousing the palate for the further pleasures of the day.

Re-launched in the summer of 2013, with distinctive, flavourful blend pressed, darkened tobaccos with Perique added for character. A rich flavoured blend of light and dark Virginia tobaccos with a touch of Louisiana Perique for added zest. This air cured, ribbon cut tobacco is medium to strong in strength. The Elizabethan Mixture has mild flavouring and a medium to full taste.

This distinctive mixture has found international popularity with connoisseurs of full-bodied tobacco and is often described as “the finest smoking mixture ever produced”. A selection of small Latakia leaves are used to impact the rich nutty flavour and aroma required by the consumers. Bright oriental leaf from Macedonia is added for roundness. To complete the blend, brown Cavendish tobacco, rich in natural oils and aroma, is added. A delightful fragrant smoke for the more experienced pipe smoker.

The tobacco composition that is prepared to produce these circles of tobacco is based on high quality, carefully selected, ripe African flue-cured tobacco. The composition is rounded off by using some traditional cured Perique tobacco produced according to an old recipe in Louisiana USA.

A traditional English mixture. The finest grades of Cyprus Latakia and Oriental tobacco from the Mediterranean are blended with flue-cured grades from East Carolina and Georgia and lightly toasted in drying drums to enhance the flavour. This popular pipe tobacco provides an aromatic, rich smoke.
