Postal options will be made available to you on checkout, and your products will be shipped according to your choice. Please note, goods can only be sent to the registered address of the credit card used in the transaction.
If your order is received by us before 12:00pm, most orders will be processed and shipped on the day of placing the order using the delivery option that you have selected. If your order isn’t going to be shipped the same day (if placed before 12:00pm) then you will be informed of this.
Back Orders (If your item is not in stock) will be sent when the stock becomes available. If your order is not in stock you will always be emailed to keep you updated and with the option to change or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
International orders are generally received within fourteen days.
All goods within the online-store are inclusive of VAT at 20% except the postal charges which are fixed. If the goods are being sent to a destination outside the EU VAT will be deducted from the price of the goods.

No Credit Card details can be accepted on an “open e mail” only via secure payment methods on this website.
If any product supplied by us is defective, we will give a full refund (or exchange) if reported back to us within 14 days of receipt. We regret, however, that we are unable to refund any shipping costs incurred in returning the product to us. In the first instance contact us to discuss the problem, we find most issues can be sorted out by discussion!
